The resort’s beach area is truly beautiful with calm waves perfect for swimming. The friendly service from the dining staff enhanced my experience. The dinner buffet surpassed all my previous hotel dining experiences, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that impressed my palate.

However, the location, although convenient, lacks depth in nearby attractions, and the overall atmosphere felt somewhat limited. While I enjoyed the clean pool area and sunbed choices overlooking the sea, the crowded beach area detracted from the overall experience.

Welcoming staff, generally a new-ish hotel, the absolutely outstanding breakfast, especially the fresh hoppers, made our stay very enjoyable while the nice pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day exploring the local attractions.

I had a fantastic stay with a complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom suite that offered breathtaking ocean views. The atmosphere around the resort was wonderful, especially the lush gardens and comfy beds, which made my visit very relaxing. The staff were friendly, and the Spa services were top-notch, delivering a truly rejuvenating experience. However, I did find the WiFi connection sporadic, which could be improved.

A Memorable Family Celebration

Our family celebration was delightful, especially with the personalized birthday arrangements. The spacious Premium Room exceeded expectations, and the kids loved the pool area. However, a missing item overshadowed the experience as we received no follow-up despite notifying management. A more proactive approach to lost items would be appreciated.

Nice pool area with fresh towels and access to the beach. Had a cockroach in my food during lunch, which was alarming. Staff friendly and tried to help with any requests. The beach has crabs, making it a bit scary for kids, but the kids' club keeps them entertained. Limited dining options, not worth the price.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu in Galle and had mixed feelings. The ocean views from the Premium Room were spectacular, absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. Breakfast impressed with a decent variety, and the dining area was pleasant, especially sitting by the pool. However, the hotel revealed some drawbacks. The kids’ zone was in poor condition, with broken toys and stained carpets. I found the pool area lacking in maintenance. Staff were sweet and friendly, but I encountered delays in receiving pool towels. It was frustrating to wait over 45 minutes for towels. it seemed like a larger issue with management communication. Prices felt steep for the value provided considering the state of the facilities. Maintenance is desperately needed, especially for the bathrooms which appeared outdated. I really wanted to love this place, but these issues made it hard to recommend.
